The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure® Series is the world’s largest and most successful education and fundraising event for breast cancer ever created.
Local Komen Race for the Cure events raise significant funds and awareness for the breast cancer movement, celebrate breast cancer survivorship and honor those we have lost to the disease.
100% of the net proceeds from the Komen Greater St. Louis Race are allocated to Komen Missouri's year-round mission.

We hope you enjoy this video lookback at the recent 20th Anniversary Greater St. Louis Race for the Cure. Held in downtown St. Louis on June 9, we experienced an inspirational day filled with celebration, love and hope (and a little relief on narrowly missing the rain!). We left with a renewed energy and commitment to continue the fight against breast cancer. We are deeply grateful to our volunteers, sponsors and thousands of participants for helping Komen Missouri keep our promise to end this disease. Thanks to those who supported Race for the Cure, we will be able to deliver breast health education, screenings and treatment navigation to more women in our community, and we'll support groundbreaking research for better treatments and cures.
