5K Run/Walk (Timed) – 8 am
5K Run/Walk (Non-Timed) and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk – 8:15 am

The Komen Greater St. Louis Race for the Cure® will feature a 5K run/walk and a 1-mile walk and an inspiring breast cancer survivor procession and celebration. We'll celebrate all who are fighting, have fought, and those who have lost their lives to breast cancer. 

You do not want to miss this inspiring event!

All funds raised at the Komen Greater St. Louis Race for the Cure® support local breast cancer screening, breast health education and patient support programs and global research efforts to find the cures.

Street Parking: If you park at a space with a parking meter, please follow the parking meter payment instructions.

Transportation options: MetroLink passengers can exit at Civic Center or Union Station for access to the Race site.

Safety: The safety of our Komen Greater St. Louis Race for the Cure participants, volunteers, spectators and all involved with the event is our top priority. We work closely with the City of St. Louis and security personnel to ensure a safe experience for everyone.

For the safety of all participants, these items are not permitted on the Race course: pets, in-line skates, skateboards, bicycles and other types of vehicles (except official vehicles). Thank you for your cooperation.

Weather: The Komen Greater St. Louis Race will occur rain or shine. Komen Greater St. Louis Race personnel will monitor weather forecasts prior to the event. As necessary, we will alert Race participants about potential dangerous weather conditions via communication channels such as the Komen Missouri website, email, Facebook, Twitter and public address announcements.

In the event of inclement weather, and in consultation with law enforcement, fire, EMS and other officials, Komen Greater St. Louis Race personnel will determine if any modifications to the Race are needed. This may include adjusting the start time or, in extreme circumstances, cancelling the event. Komen Greater St. Louis Race personnel reserve the right to delay, cancel or suspend the Race due to inclement weather. Participants must abandon the Race site if ordered to do so by Race personnel or fire or police personnel. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund; instead, your Race registration fee will be used as a donation to the Komen Greater St. Louis Race for the Cure. 

Bags/Personal Items: Safety officials request that any bags or personal items participants bring to the Race are labeled with the owner's name and contact information. All items brought to or near the Komen Greater St. Louis Race for the Cure are subject to inspection. Any unattended bags will be confiscated. 

Race Bibs: All Komen Greater St. Louis Race participants must wear their 2018 Komen Greater St. Louis Race Bib and have it visible at all times.

This year marks the 20th Annual Susan G. Komen Greater St. Louis Race for the Cure, which is Komen Missouri's signature fundraising event. Through fundraising efforts over the years, Komen Missouri has invested $40 million in the fight against breast cancer
