Once you have registered for the Race, there’s much more you can do to help raise needed funds for the local fight against breast cancer.

Your Personal Fundraising Web Page

When you register for the Race online, a personal Fundraising for the Cure web page is automatically created for you. Upload your own photos and tell the story about why you are participating in the Race. You can also send emails from your Fundraising page to friends, family and colleagues asking them for their support. All they have to do is click on the link in your email to make a donation.

Take the Power of 10 Challenge

Just ask 10 friends to donate $10 to your Fundraising for the Cure efforts. We challenge each Race participant to raise $100 beyond their registration fee. Imagine if each Komen St. Louis Race participant met the Power of 10 Challenge and raised $100. We would raise more than $5 million toward realizing our vision of a world without breast cancer! You don’t have to be a professional fundraiser to meet the Power of 10 Challenge. All you have to do to be successful is tell your story. You’ll find some helpful resources and great ideas from the Quick Links at the top of this page.

Through the Fundraising for the Cure program, you’ll be raising money to support breast health and breast cancer screening, treatment, education and support programs right here in our community. And we offer some great incentives to reward you for your efforts. Please check back often as we update the potential prizes.

Register for the 15^th Annual Komen St. Louis Race for the Cure®! - This may seem like a simple tip, but remember: the earlier you register for the Race, the longer you have to raise the most funds to help save lives and end breast cancer forever.

The Pink Honor Roll recognizes the efforts of the Top Fundraisers at the Komen St. Louis Race for the Cure. In 2012, Pink Honor Roll members collectively raised more than $150,000! Through their fundraising efforts, individual members generated between $500 and more than $15,000 each!

All Pink Honor Roll members receive an invitation to the Pink Ribbon Café at the Race. Our Top Ten fundraisers are rewarded with some great donated prizes; in 2012, the prizes included an iPad2 and St. Louis Cardinals tickets!
